ECOVIS Taiwan was established as David Liao Accounting firm in 1991. With its main office in Taipei City and two branch offices in Taichung City and Yunlin County, the firm offers audit, accounting, tax and consulting services. Henry Liao is the managing partner of the firm. He worked at PwC and has extensive experience in corporation tax, tax certification for enterprises, accounting, auditing, and foreign investment in taiwan.
