The MIP (Marketing Innovative Products) is one of the longest-serving, still existing brochures in EMEA semiconductor distribution with the goal to support engineers in their product selection process. The content includes the latest innovative products and technologies selected by the FAEs, Sales Team and Technical Marketing of EBV.
"MIP is providing a straightforward overview of recent semiconductor products introductions that were selected by our application specialists," comments Antonio Fernandez, Director Technical Marketing EBV Elektronik. "It is a service targeting the R&D department of our customers to help in their never-ending task of driving innovation, achieving higher levels of performance and efficiency while being competitive and fast."
So far the brochure appears twice a year in June and October. 10,000 hard copies are presented directly in front to the customer with no mass mailing involved. The MIP is also available as an app for tablet devices. In fact, the MIP, together with the TQ, were the first magazines in EMEA semiconductor distribution which were offered as apps. To download these two apps, look for 'EBV Products' for the MIP and 'TQ by EBV' for the TQ. In 2015, EBV plans to increase the number of issues to four in order to be more up to date with the latest product and technologies.
