The trade fairs HOLZ-HANDWERK and fensterbau/frontale established a new record with over 104.000 professional visitors within four days between 2nd and 5th April 2008 in Nürnberg, Germany.
DOSCORNIO® SPECIAL TOOLS were present with their bankmaster® vacuum clamping systems. Live demonstrations on the booth made clear how simple work pieces of wood, metals, plastics, glass, plexiglass or natural stone can be clamped with vacuum. Particular interest was given to the bankmaster® MONO S. This new vacuum clamping system was developed especially for the mobile use on workbenches.
bankmaster® MONO S is equipped with one round and one oval vacuum plate and offers therefore a horizontal and vertical suction area. Completely new is the unique combined tilting and turning mechanism: the vacuum plates can be tilted up to 90°. One of the plates is additionally 360° endless rotatable.
The standard version includes one oval (220 x 70 mm) and one round (Ø 160 mm) vacuum plate. The integrated vario-plate allows the fixation of work pieces with different widths by inlaying a second sealing ring for suction of smaller work pieces. Therefore changeover of different vacuum plates is not necessary.
The system is light, handy and mobile because it is self-adherent on the working area: Easy to apply on workbenches and for the use in factories or at customer’s site.
The patented speed-vent system ensures fast de-clamping of the work piece after handling. The included vacuum pump can supply up to 3 systems simultaneously.
