Dominik Berger, the founder of the company and Managing Director for many years, will resign from the operating business and change to the Supervisory Board. "In this position, I will be able to fully support the company and to continue to accompany the successful development in the future."
The management will in the future consist of the two members André Schenten, CEO, and Alexander Gauby, CTO: "As the founder of RFiT Solutions, Dominik Berger laid the foundation for a successful establishment of the company. With a market share of 68% in RFID in the clothing segment, RFiT Solutions has clearly obtained the leading market position in a key segment on the way to the mass market. We are pleased that Dominik Berger will continue to accompany RFiT Solutions with his experience at a strategic level", both managers emphasize.
Robert Paulus, previously Head of Sales for Germany, will be appointed Senior Vice President within the organizational reorientation. In this position, Paulus will be responsible for the entire international sales activities of RFiT Solutions. "In the past months, we have expanded our sales network throughout Europe. I look forward to working with an international team. Our objective is to continue to clearly increase market share beyond Germany."
Customers and partners of RFiT Solutions may expect several new product innovations in the coming year: "We are pushing ahead with the new development, in particular of our standard solutions suite. Our customers will benefit from this. Look forward to a number of surprises in January 2010", says Paulus.
