Deploying, leading and managing agile mindsets: Critical Manufacturing sponsors Agile Portugal 2017
Agile Portugal gathers practitioners and leading experts from the Agile and Scrum community to exchange experiences about agile development approaches
Created with both experts and beginners in mind, it is the place where the Portuguese agile community comes together to exchange and share experiences about agile development approaches.
The 8th edition of this event is taking place on 3-4 June 2017 in Lisbon and will gather practitioners from the Agile and Scrum community and invited international leading experts.
At Critical Manufacturing we are passionate about Agile. We believe that the best requirements, design and architecture emerge from self-organizing teams and so we we have been deploying, leading and managing agile mindsets. We have promoted the internal usage of Agile methodologies since our foundation in 2009 and have attended the event since 2010, being an official sponsor for the fifth time this year.
This year's agenda is filled with interesting talks and workshops: “Sociocracy 3.0 (S3) – Growing Organisational Agility, Navigating Complexity”, “Accelerated Learning: How Agile Can Help You?”, “Automate yourself out of a job!”, just to name a few.
