CONTENTSERV honnors the winners of the Star Award 2013

(PresseBox) (Rohrbach, ) Rohrbach/Ilm November12, 2013: On the occasion of the Contentserv OpenHouseDay 2013, on October 10, the software manufacturer Contentserv honored this year’s winners of the sought-after Star Awards. CEO Patricia Kastner introduced and honored outstanding customers, partners and implementation projects using the Enterprise Marketing Management software solution at the Contentserv OpenHouseNight.


Four awardees were invited to the stage in order to accept the popular trophy. Star awards were awarded for the most innovative and most demanding project implemented by Contentserv or by one of its integration partners in 2013. One trophy each went to the customer and partner of the year 2013 to honor the exceptional cooperative collaboration during the past year.

The award for Best Customer Project 2013 went to Weltbild. After various attempts with other providers, only Contentserv has been able to implement the comprehensive requirements of the challenging large-scale project for Weltbild. The web-based implementation of the complex catalog planning and production processes at Weltbild are the result of hard work combined with great enthusiasm, a large number of resources and a fruitful cooperation during the development process.

The agency ansichtsache ag from Switzerland was awarded the prize for Best Partner Project. This project was implemented by Contentserv’s partner A&F Computersysteme GmbH. On the basis of Contentserv, ansichtsache provides its customers with a holistic web-based solution for marketing and communication. The service portal “ayaba” maps the entire information and process management in the area of print and online media (for example for the famous fashion label CALIDA) for ansichtsache’s customers. This facilitates not only a simple, quick and target-oriented central management of digital data and documents from marketing, but also the fast and easy production of output media.

The name of the recipient of the Customer of the Year Award for 2013 cannot be disclosed here for reasons of compliance. This award went to a prestigious internationally active pharmaceutical corporation that has been successfully using Contensterv for many years. The longstanding customer relationship has been characterized by high customer satisfaction, continuous openness to innovation and a close relationship with the Contentserv team.

Laudert GmbH + Co. KG received the award for Best Partner of the Year 2013. Laudert is a multi-channel media service provider that operates across Europe and covers all areas from process analysis and optimization to product photography and the provision of optimized content for all channels. Laudert has a large team of experts that specializes particularly in the conception and implementation of professional E-shop systems and complex PIM/MAM solutions. Laudert has successfully implemented several projects with Contentserv, for example for Europe’s largest plant retailer Bakker. These first successfully implemented projects in combination with a great cooperation and a dynamic approach to meeting new challenges were decisive factors in determining the winner for this award.
