With 41 employees, Lorensbergs primarily develops software solutions for occupational healthcare, general practitioners and school healthcare in Sweden. The revenues for 2010 are estimated to be EUR 3.7 million.
With this acquisition, CompuGroup Medical solidifies its position as a market leader in the Scandinavian e-health market. With Lorensbergs, CompuGroup Medical obtains the largest customer base within occupational healthcare and further strengthens the strongest-performing product portfolio in Sweden and Norway.
