OTTO, our digital service innovation, combines condition monitoring of vacuum pumps with vacuum service packages. At an early stage, OTTO detects whether a problem could occur. This leads to optimum process reliability and thus higher productivity. Unplanned downtimes and the associated risks and costs are avoided. The data OTTO collects is sent to the Busch Cloud, where it is analyzed. In an intuitive dashboard, the status of all connected vacuum pumps is displayed. It can be accessed via a PC or mobile in the Busch vacuum app. Already installed Busch vacuum pumps can also be retrofitted with our IoT kit as part of an OTTO package.
