For its Magic Quadrant, Gartner arranges solution providers based on their "implementation expertise" and the "completeness of their vision". Gartner analysts examined the MRM solution providers using weighted criteria covering products and service, overall impression, sales execution and pricing, market responsiveness and track record, marketing execution, customer experience, and operations, among others.
