ASC Technologies and Alphacom announce the integration of their solutions for audit-compliant recording of business-critical communications. Alphacom Nomad is connected directly to ASC’s Communications Compliance Platform via a SIPREC-based interface. Companies can leverage modern cloud and edge communications while retaining full control over their recorded data within their own infrastructure.
The integration is particularly aimed at organizations that rely on reliable documentation of their communications in regulated and business-critical environments such as command centers, control rooms, or trading floors.
Open Standards for Flexible Integration
The technical foundation of the integration is the open standard SIPREC (RFC 7866/7865). Call streams from the Nomad platform are transferred via the standardized interface to ASC’s Communications Compliance Platform, where they are securely recorded and retained with a complete audit trail.
In addition to the call content, detailed metadata - such as participant roles, call direction, and call type - is transmitted. This enables communications to be accurately reconstructed and provides a foundation for further evaluation of communication data.
Standards-based integration reduces proprietary dependencies, providing organizations with greater flexibility in designing their long-term communications and recording infrastructure.
Hybrid Architecture Strengthens Data Sovereignty
A key feature of the joint solution is its hybrid approach: while Nomad is designed as a cloud- and edge-based communication platform, recording takes place on-premises via the ASC platform.
