- Survey of more than 5,000 experts and customers
- Arvato Systems among the top 25% of recommended companies
The list of the best IT service providers in Germany is based on a survey of experts and customers of IT service providers (e.g. employees in IT departments of companies, decision-makers in IT purchasing). Only the recommendations of the participants are relevant, an active application of companies for a placement is not possible. "The quality of your services must be perceived by customers and competitors. Only their recommendation leads to a list place", says brand eins on its website. The current survey ran from 4 June 2019 to 7 July 2019. A total of 5,156 people took part in the survey. Of these, 2,743 were experts and 2,413 customers. Own recommendations were identified and not considered.
For Arvato Systems, inclusion in the list of the best IT service providers 2020 is a further success in terms of market perception. After several awards as a "Leader" or "Accelerator" by analysts such as ISG or Crisp and the "Digital Leader Award", the broad-based survey by Statista now illuminates not only expert assessments but also customer perception. This adds another interesting facet to the ranking. Arvato Systems achieved particularly high ratings in the Cloud Services, Managed Services & Outsourcing, Software Implementation & Maintenance and IT Consulting categories.
“Of course we are very pleased with the excellent results," says Marcus Metzner, Chief Marketing Officer at Arvato Systems. "This shows that we are clearly perceived in the market as a partner for digital transformation and as a multi-cloud service integrator." And Siegfried Bloch, Chief Human Resources Manager at Arvato Systems, adds: "After many industry awards and years of successful certification as a top employer, our inclusion in the list of the best IT service providers is really a great honor that shows how customer-oriented Arvato Systems' employees are."
