Arvato Systems is ‘accelerator’ in Managed Hybrid Cloud Providers sector

In their recently published study, "Crisp Vendor Universe Cloud Computing Suppliers and Service Providers 2018", independent IT research and consulting firm Crisp Research AG has named Arvato Systems an "accelerator" in managed hybrid cloud providers. The evaluation criteria used by Crisp include market maturity and product benefits as well as company-related features such as strategy, customer experience and agility.

According to the study, the Managed Hybrid Cloud Provider segment is defined by the use of major cloud hyperscalers’ platforms in managing application operations and complete IT infrastructures. Hybrid cloud providers differ from Managed Public Cloud Providers in that hybrids have their own infrastructures or include entire actively existing (private cloud) infrastructures of companies in the architecture. Managed Hybrid Cloud Providers have a significantly broader scope of action.

The study confirms Arvato Systems as “part of the hybrid cloud elite in Germany" and also states that the company demonstrates "classic IT competencies with innovative services in all aspects of the cloud paradigm". Arvato Systems' strategy "follows a clear plan. In particular, expansion of partnerships with leading public cloud providers is a point of focus". Crisp Research sees Arvato Systems' strengths in the field of hybrid workloads as a result of their many years of experience in enterprise IT operations. Other success factors include their close co-operation with cloud partners AWS and Microsoft as well as global expertise and dedicated know-how and offerings in the core industries of media, retail, utilities and healthcare.

Following the classification as "Leader" for Digital Transformation Services & Solutions by the analyst firm ISG in April and receiving the "Digital Leader Award" in July, the latest rating by Crisp is further validation for Arvato Systems as a multi-cloud service provider and partner in digital transformation.
