Designed by Anywhere.24 and implemented for DLG Service using the principles of agile project management, the "Event Relations" industry solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 permits optimized trade fair planning with a 360-degree view of exhibitors and customers. The functions go far beyond the standard: Data and relationships are recorded across departments and companies. Exhibitors register for the fair on a mobile and automated basis via a self-service customer portal. This integrates exhibitors and service partners in DLG's end-to-end digital process chain. All data is managed in a central system, where DLG employees also define processes and create workflows and dashboards so that recurring processes can be optimized continuously and structured more effectively.
This new, industry-leading solution from Anywhere.24 offers DLG and its subsidiaries a high level of transparency and efficiency through central data collection, an end-to-end digital workflow and a high degree of automation. Resource requirements for data entry and testing have been significantly reduced, while planning shortfalls can be detected and addressed at an early stage.
