On April 27th/28th Adam Hall Asia Pte Ltd held its first APAC Distributor Summit at the company’s showroom in Singapore. One main topic was a large round-table discussion among the participating distribution partners.
Since September 2014 Adam Hall Asia Pte Ltd acts as a 100% subsidiary of Adam Hall GmbH Germany. Based in Singapore and under the direction of Managing Director Chandan Mahtani, Adam Hall Asia Pte Ltd has since been growing continuously, opening the first Adam Hall Group showroom in Asia in 2015. Now, in April 2017, Adam Hall Asia Pte Ltd conducted an inaugural APAC Distributor Summit in Singapore with 15 of its exclusively-signed partners in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
In late 2016, Chandan Mahtani and Bodo Falkenried, Adam Hall Group’s Head of Global Business Development, got together and raised the idea to organize an annual summit for Adam Hall Group’s distributors. The objective was to attain cohesiveness not only between the Adam Hall Group and their partners, but also between all partners collectively as well.
On 28th of April 34 partners from 11 countries attended the summit held at Adam Hall Asia Pte Ltd’s showroom in Singapore followed by a warm-up gathering on the preceding evening. The opening speeches were held by Chandan Mahtani and Markus Jahnel, COO of the Adam Hall Group. After introducing this year’s new product highlights, including the LD Systems MAUI P900 designed in collaboration with Porsche Design Studios, all partners took part in an extensive round-table discussion to share their experiences and challenges in an ever changing economy. “I feel obliged to endorse that the partners sitting at the summit are the pillars of the business and driving Adam Hall to strive,” so Markus Jahnel.
This was a special event where all distributors exchanged confidential information of their success, challenges and solutions . Bodo Falkenried: “It was very heartwarming to see that all partners were happy to share their experiences in order to help others in the room to learn and grow.” “There was a great feeling of comradery in that room. It clearly showed that it’s important to share in order to grow,” Chandan Mahtani added, who – as the host of the event – was delighted by the inspiring atmosphere.
