(pressebox) (Stuttgart, 26.05.2021) Also, in the year 2021 - the StepOver signature pads for digital, electronic signature are developed and manufactured in Germany for the twentieth year. We develop the software and hardware for our signature pads at our headquarters in Stuttgart. The production from self-manufactured and purchased components takes place in the same building.

Strict hygienic guidelines prevail in the production in the Corona Pandemic. Our employees protect themselves with hygiene measures such as masks, distance, rapid test, air purifiers, as well as time-shifted working and plexiglass shields. Each signature pad is specially disinfected before packaging and shipping.

Before shipping, each unit passes through StepOver’s rigorous quality assurance process. Individual tests for function and measurement deviations are our minimum quality standard. This means that "dead on arrival" can be practically ruled out for our deliveries. The test protocols are stored together with the serial number and an ID of the test person.

This is what StepOver means by "Designed and Made in Germany".
