The laser power is distributed evenly across the entire cross-section of the core, resulting in a homogeneous beam profile without the need for additional optics. For customized assemblies, LASER COMPONENTS equips such fibers with connectors such as D80, SMA, and SMA High Power. In the case of the D80 connector, a process developed in house ensures that all fibers are optimally aligned with the twisting lug of the connector to avoid power loss due to jamming. For all assemblies, the manufacturer relies on precise manual work and guarantees consistently high quality through extensive control measurements.
