(pressebox) (Mühlacker-Enzberg, 19.02.2009) On the occasion of the parts2clean the specialist for cleaning plants Karl Roll GmbH & Co. KG is going to introduce an innovative cleaning process ensuring utmost cleaning quality. This new process means that conventional wet cleaning is combined with plasma cleaning. The combination of these two process steps does not only result in the optimum removal of particles but also in an optimum cleaning effect. In conjunction with the vacuum system used for the drying of the parts typically included in most cleaning plants nowadays a low-pressure microwave plasma finest cleaning can be incorporated at reasonable cost. A conventional wet cleaning process on aqueous or solvent basis in the plant is finished by vacuum drying. Subsequent to this vacuum drying a low-pressure plasma cleaning of the parts will take place by means of the low-pressure generator and the respective plasma head. This results in maximising grease removal.
