(pressebox) (Kleinwallstadt, Germany, 04.06.2024) In order to meet the increasing demands for higher performance, JAKOB Antriebstechnik offers the KPP metal bellows coupling. This coupling has a nominal torque of over 600 Nm and a maximum torque of around 1200 Nm. It is designed to handle operating speeds of up to 23,000 rpm and the associated high dynamic loads. The connection of the coupling also requires special design solutions. A backlash-free plug-in principle of the hub also enables simple blind assembly, which simplifies the installation of the coupling even in difficult installation situations. Operational reliability is guaranteed in a temperature range of -40 to 200°C.

Customer-specific special solutions, special hubs, individual adaptations of the metal bellows and alternative material versions are possible on request.
