(pressebox) (Kleinwallstadt, 04.05.2022) With the 'digital type' concrete tester, JAKOB Antriebstechnik has developed an easy-to-use device for testing the adhesive strength of various substrates (such as concrete) in tear-off tests, which meets the requirements of a harsh working environment and modern evaluation methods. The measured load at the break can easily be documented contact-free by the concrete tester on a tablet or smartphone.

In order to bring about the cohesive failure of the concrete, a nominal force of 10 kN can be applied, the ball head of the test dolly ensures the tensile force acting perpendicularly to the surface. A spirit level embedded in the star handle helps with correct alignment. The integrated transmission gear with crown wheel teeth multiplies the manual tightening torque and thus makes operating the crank pleasantly easy. During the work process, measurement data is constantly recorded, which can be recorded via an app on a smartphone or tablet and evaluated on the PC.
