This strategic decision to expand so rapidly in the Austrian capital underscores the imperative to develop advanced and sustainable drive systems, meeting the current and future demands of the automotive industry in the realms of electromobility and hybridization.
“The growing presence in Vienna enables us to bring together the full range of development competencies for electrified drive systems and technological innovations from hofer powertrain, making them accessible to our clients to pave the way for the most efficient and economical mobility solutions," stated Klaus WAWRA, Managing Direction Vienna.
The new site offers a lot of space for the increasing number of employees, engineering experts, customer projects, enables closer collaboration in the region, and facilitates connections to the international network of hofer powertrain.
