(pressebox) (Germering, 27.08.2007) The portable handheld printer GeBE-FLASH® from miniature thermalprinter specialist GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH can now be charged directly from the 12V electrical system in automobiles. For this purpose, the manufacturer is offering a special charger. It can be used for the smaller standard version of the GeBE-FLASH® (GPT-4378) and also for the small 2" GPT-4333 pocket printer from GeBE.

Power Through Vehicle Adapter
Due to increasing demand, miniature printer specialist GeBE is introducing a charger that is able to equalize the fluctuating voltages of the 12V vehicle electrical system. Usually small printers are battery-operated or must be loaded at 230 VAC, which limits the time of operation as well as the operating range. The automobile adapter plugs directly into the cigarette lighter (- also works with pocket printer GPT-4333). Situations, where the printer loses power while out on business can therefore be avoided.

Various Applications Possible
The fact that a printer cannot be charged from the cigarette lighter of a car could absolutely be a reason for losing the business, even if the printer is ideal for mobile applications in all other aspects. This new GeBE printer accessory provides this option, thereby securing the readiness and increasing the diversity of this handheld printer. Now it can be used anywhere at any time with full power without any concerns.
