Carsten brings over a decade of invaluable experience in financial leadership within the technology and software sector, most recently serving as Executive Director at the global investment bank GP Bullhound.
In his new role, Carsten will lead Dealfront’s global finance function with a clear focus on enhancing financial planning and analytics (FP&A), increasing operational efficiency, and building a scalable M&A function to support Dealfront’s long-term growth.

Carsten's role will be pivotal in shaping Dealfront’s equity story, strengthening investor communications, and supporting strategic expansion through both organic and inorganic growth. His appointment aligns with Dealfront’s goal of helping B2B revenue teams in overcoming pipeline challenges through an AI-powered platform that unifies go-to-market execution.

Carsten began his career in New York’s tech sector before founding an advisory firm providing CFO services to early-stage software startups. After returning to Germany, he specialized in corporate finance and investment banking for high-growth software companies.. At GP Bullhound, he was part of the leadership team for the firm’s DACH business. As a member of the international software market expert team, he advised on numerous cross-border transactions in the software industry.
