(pressebox) (Brüggen-Bracht, 20.07.2015) After the success of the smallest metal flush-membrane pressure sensors of the XPR Series (XPR30: Ø 3mm), customer requests for similar sensors with integral connector resulted in the ultra-miniature pressure sensor XPR46.

With a titanium housing, flush membrane and an overall housing diameter of just 4.6mm, the sensor is ideal for applications that require media compatibility and where space is limited and difficult to access.

Further advantages are the many available ranges from 1 to 100 bar, and the corresponding high bandwidths from 14 to 60kHz. This makes it ideal for high dynamic applications.

Typical applications are in the fields of hydraulic pressure, turbines and cavitation for the automotive-, marine- and aerospace industries.
