The mobile computers are certified according to international standard IEC 60601 and thus meet the most important device standards of application fields such as radiology, operating rooms, patient terminals or medical carts.

The "SEAL" tablet PC series complements the existing series of medical panel PC systems with two mobile fanless devices, available in screen diagonals of seven and twelve inches. The LCD displays offer a 10-point PCAP multi-touch functionality, with a maximum resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. The antibacterial coating on the housing allows for hygienic capturing of inpatient or outpatient data. A hardened casing provides additional drop resistance of up to 0.8 meters on steel surfaces. In addition, the devices are protected against the ingress of splash water and dust in accordance with the IP54 protection standard.

The hardware features an Intel® Atom™ x5-Z8550 processor and 4GB of LPDDR3 memory. In addition, the "SEAL" models are equipped with various slots for micro-USB cables or microSD cards and support a wide range of communication protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS or 3G/LTE (retrofittable via module as an option).  Additional accessories such as a 1D/2D barcode reader, smart card reader or magnetic stripe reader (MSR) can be purchased for simplified data collection. A lithium-polymer battery with a maximum capacity of 12.600mAh ensures sufficient power for everyday work in the healthcare sector.
