Specialists in building construction and civil engineering: the two divisions of ThyssenKrupp Bauservice GmbH - Emunds+Staudinger

Krings Verbausysteme and RöRo Traggerüstsysteme - are exhibiting at bauma again in 2013

(PresseBox) (Duisburg, ) At Stand N721/1 in outdoor area F7, ThyssenKrupp Bauservice is showing not only its extensive range of well-known and proven products for building construction and civil engineering, but also a number of innovations.

RöRo Traggerüstsysteme, best-known for its stationary shorings for bridge construction and precast concrete structures, is presenting its new S150 heavy-load support system. This patented system is mainly used in fireproof construction and is distinguished by its intelligent features:

- Permanently attached threaded connectors
- Transport catches for securing loads
- Fasteners for walkway brackets
- Possibility of detaching the main beam frames by extracting them at the suspended main beam
- Variety of possible connections
- Integrated access aids.

The Emunds+Staudinger/Krings division is showing innovative and cost-effective trench shoring solutions and useful accessories for civil engineering.

Deep Linear Shoring for the shoring of trenches, pits and shafts down to depths of 14 m and the range of Krings edge-supported trench box systems are just some of the proven systems in successful use at home and abroad that will be on show at the world's biggest construction fair.

Entirely new to the product range is the smaller version of the Universal Piling Frame Element (DKU), which has been developed for inner-city projects with numerous pipes and cables crossing trenches up to 2.4 m deep. Visitors can also look forward to a new variant of the Dragbox whose innovative special design now accelerates installation and thus boosts efficiency. The Dragbox was specially developed for shoring projects performed exclusively outside inner-city areas.

The clearance created by the Dragbox and its trailing plate is used for laying pipes. The big advantage of the Dragbox is that the box can be dragged forward through the soil by the excavator in the direction of laying. This means that the box does not have to be laboriously extracted from the ground and re-installed in its new position with advance soil excavation, as is the conventional, time-consuming practice with trench boxes.
