OTRS Partners with Autonomic Resources to Deliver Open Solutions to Government Agencies via GSA Advantage

Partnership will help meet need for help desk deployments in the federal government

Under the OTRS Worldwide Partner Program, Autonomic Resources will lead the way to governmental deployment of open source, GSA-available help desk and ITSM solutions.

As the GSA contract holder for OTRS solutions, Autonomic meets prequalified technical and pricing requirements, making the procurement process fast, flexible, and cost-effective for federal government agencies.
