Packaging technology with marketing potential

Optima Group at FachPack: Stand No. 2-213

Schwäbisch Hall, (PresseBox) - At FachPack 2010, Optima Group Consumer will present itself as a machine partner for packaging innovations in the food, cosmetics and chemical industries. One example: "Functional Closures". OPTIMA CFL1 manufactures closures with enhanced functionalities, which allow better protection of sensitive ingredients, which are added to the drink only once the package is opened. The output of the starter model OPTIMA CFL1, which will be on display at the fair, starts at 50 closures/min. The top version offers a maximum capacity of filling, sealing and controlling up to 1,000 functional closures/min. At the fair, Optima's experts will further present innovations like the CombiStick, an innovative and improved teabag, liquid flavor dosing for single serve coffee packs or the soft container SoftCan.

Another exciting exhibit from Optima Group Consumer is the MODULINE for applications in the cosmetics or chemical sector. MODULINE is a machine that can be expanded and modified in parallel to changing requirements: Furnished with suitable modules, the machine masters dosing of liquids, viscous, or powdery products, while the range of available closures systems leaves nothing to be desired. Even subsequent functional upgrades such as units for container destacking, handling and assembly functions, optical and sensors, and much, much more - always remains an option. If enhancement of the line's capacity is needed, it can be achieved flexibly by simply integrating supplementary modules. Moreover, the serial production of the MODULINE results in reduced investment costs and shorter delivery times. The modules are already proven and practicetested, accelerating the commissioning procedure for the machines.

Optima Group will be present at the joint stand of Packaging Valley Germany e.V, where eleven companies from Packaging Valley will fly their flags together. The shared lounge will be open as a meeting point for customers, exhibitors, and interested visitors. (Optima Group at the FachPack 2010 Nuremberg: Joint stand of Packaging Valley, Stand No. 2-213.)
