Results of Noxxon annual general meeting

(PresseBox) (Berlin, ) NOXXON Pharma N.V. (EuroNext Growth Paris: ALNOX), a biotechnology company whose core focus is on improving cancer treatment by targeting the tumor microenvironment, announced today that the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 13.30 CET at the offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Strawinskylaan 10, 1077 XZ in Amsterdam, the Netherlands approved all voting items. Shareholders representing a total of 65.12% of the total issued and outstanding share capital were represented in person or by proxy.
