MP-Network GmbH is pleased to announce that RIMS, a leading hotel-specific solution to improve guest communication via email was successfully implemented at the exclusive Hotel Palace Berlin, Germany
The Hotel Palace Berlin, a very renowned business hotel with five-star service in the heart of Germany’s capital decided for the implementation of RIMS after a thorough evaluation process. Instead of sending standard reservation-related documents from their PMS the Hotel Palace Berlin wanted to send personalized email communication in their corporate identity in the future. The team of the Hotel Palace Berlin was impressed about the offered functionality of RIMS and the seamless integration with their Front Office system.
At the end of last year, the Hotel Palace Berlin went live with RIMS and the hotel implemented the following dynamic, tailor-made RIMS email templates in English and German language:
