Adrian Kaczmarczyk new division COO at Imperial

(PresseBox) (Duisburg, ) Adrian Kaczmarczyk (45) took over the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Imperial Transport Solutions division on 1 May this year. The graduate engineer was previously Vice President Global Supply Chain in the Adhesive Technologies corporate division at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. Prior to this, he spent time at Siegwerk AG (Vice President Supply Chain and Operations EMEA), Avery Dennison (Corporate Director Global Supply Chain and Operations) and Procter & Gamble. As the COO of the Transport Solutions division, Kaczmarczyk takes on responsibility for the strategic management of all the transport activities at Imperial Logistics International. “We’ve gained an experienced expert in Adrian Kaczmarczyk; he brings with him extensive expertise in developing and introducing efficient supply chain strategies through his previous positions in industry,” says Carsten Taucke, CEO at Imperial Logistics International, commenting on the appointment.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of the South African company Imperial Holdings Limited, Imperial Logistics International is responsible for coordinating and managing all the international logistics business of Imperial Holdings Limited outside Africa. The varied portfolio of services at Imperial Logistics International, which has its headquarters in Duisburg, is separated into two divisions: the Group pools all its transport services in the Shipping, Road and Express Freight business units in the Imperial Transport Solutions division.
