GEA Tuchenhagen is exhibiting at BRAU Beviale 2010!

(PresseBox) (Büchen, ) NEWLY presented at Brau Beviale for the first time: Leakage-proof butterfly valves of the T-smart series, they are highly functional, mixproof, CIP/CIP compatible, easy to maintain and reliable for the safety of the production process.

A world first: see the new VARIVENT® Mixproof Sampling Valve! A new era of sampling starts: These valves are ideally suited as fully automatic sampling and dosing valves in process plants.

And of course we present our well-know VARIVENT® system as a flexible, modular system that has many advantages, for instance standardized parts that go with various valve types. The result: cost-effectiveness for the plant owner optimized stock- keeping, favourably-priced spare parts and low parts diversity. VARIVENT® valves are the core component in matrix-piped process plants! They are operationally reliable, easy to maintain and suitable for CIP/SIP operations - and contribute significantly to the highest product quality.

Also we will show our new valve feedback system T.VIS A8 with its efficient and new fine tuned functions.

Now available: the new pump size TP 2050 is operating within lower flow rate volumes and has been added to the product range of our GEA Tuchenhagen®-VARIFLOW Centrifugal Pumps! The TP 2050 operates in the flow volume range of up to 35 m3/h and achieves pump heads of up to 62 m WS and has motor power available from 3,0 - 22 kW.

We present our comprehensive program of different VARIPURE® cleaners -static, ro-tating and orbital cleaners, just fine tuned for their task. These cleaners are carefully designed and need a minimum of cleaning media, they achieve an optimal cleaning result by means of a strong, mechanical spray pattern. Saving and environment protection are obvious: using a drastically reduced volume of cleaning media also only little volumes of chemicals are needed. And on top you need less energy for the heating within the cleaning operation. The range of our cleaners can execute tank diameters of up to 27 m, the working pressure varies from 0.5 up to 90 bar, and a flow rate of 0.5 up to 67 m³/h can be accomplished.
