New Low-Cost carousel drive for manual assembling

Kastl/Utzenhofen, (PresseBox) - With the carousels for the Classic Line, FRITSCH GmbH is offering another well though through feeder solution for manual assembling.

By using a carousel, bulk goods can be fed in. Several carousels for various projects can be prepared and interchanged at the flick of the wrist.

Besides the manual carousels, FRITSCH now also has two different automatic carousel drives to offer with which all Classic Line equipment can be assembled as of LM 901 onwards.

By means of controlling the carousel drives, each component needed for assembly is conveyed to a firmly defined position of withdrawal and displayed by the integrated LED. Alternatively, the drives can also be operated manually with a foot switch.

Besides the previous highly precise automatic carousels, which which it is possible to switch between the individual positions of withdrawal in record time, FRITSCH has now developed a further automatic carousel drive.

The new carousel drive provides the same basic functions as its big brother, yet at a significantly lower price. By optimizing the drive, costs could be reduced by more than 70%.

The use of an automatic carousel drive offers both an increase in comfort when working as well as a significant increase in productivity because there is no longer the need to search for the right component during assembly. In addition, due to the fact that the correct components are automatically defined, the risk of mix-ups is eliminated.

FRITSCH has always been renowned for their manual and semi-automatic SMT equipment. With their placeALL® series, FRITSCH makes flexible and highly precise equipment available for the automated manufacturing of SMDs.
