Jan Ivar Borgersen has more than 30 years of experience from Board- and management positions in large multinational software companies. He built up, restructured and centralized several companies, as well as successfully completing numerous complex mergers. For 10 years he was a member of Visma Top Management and brought the company from being a pure Norwegian player to the position as a one of Europe’s leading software companies.
