Birdstep has entered into a heads of agreement to acquire Aramova Incorporated. The acquisition further reinforces Birdstep's leading market position as a seamless connectivity and mobility client software provider by adding stronger relationships with European operators like the KPN Netherlands, E-plus Germany and Neuf Cegetel France.
