Bechtle enters partner agreement with ServiceNow
Bechtle is ServiceNow partner for sales and services / Bechtle grows cloud portfolio
Bechtle can now offer ServiceNow’s entire software portfolio. The initial focus of the largest independent IT systems integrator is on IT service management, which will be successively complemented by IT operations management and cloud management. Through its user-friendly cloud portal, Bechtle empowers its customers with a fast integration of flexible services from technology partners such as Microsoft and now also ServiceNow. Bechtle is planning to frequently offer new services via the digital cloud portal, allowing customers to simply add to their individual selection of services as required. “We very much look forward to this successful collaboration. The partnership with Bechtle will help us support more customers using ServiceNow’s platform and especially those customers who want to have a single source for all cloud services,” comments Daniel Osterbergh, Area Vice President, Alliances and Channel, ServiceNow EMEA
“The close collaboration with innovative partners is particularly important for Bechtle’s multi-cloud service offering. It is our excellent relationships with key vendors that allow us to provide such a broad range of cloud-based products and services that make up our portfolio for Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service and Platform. ServiceNow’s enterprise management solutions are a great addition to this portfolio,” says Michael Guschlbauer, Member of the Executive Board, IT System House & Managed Services, Bechtle AG.
Bechtle helps small and medium enterprises as well as public sector clients realise modern and future-ready IT architectures and easily source cloud services. Bechtle assists its customers all the way from consultation to highly available, round-the-clock cloud operation. Its portfolio includes individual and virtual private cloud solutions, established public cloud services, and Bechtle-exclusive cloud services. Bechtle can thus offer all types of cloud deployments, from on-site installations at the customers’ own data centres to centrally managed solutions provided from Bechtle’s secure data centres in Germany.
