Nordson ASYMTEK Introduces New Spectrum S-920N-C Stainless Steel Cleanroom Dispenser
Scalable dispensing solution for high-precision, cleanroom microelectronics manufacturing(PresseBox) ( Carlsbad, CA, USA, )
The S-920N-C system's stainless steel enclosure has a passivated finish for easy wipedown. Its highflex electrical cables are enclosed in a cleanroomcertified jacket that reduces particulation and outgassing. The HEPA filter provides a downward particlefree air column within the dispense area, and the machine interior is positively pressurized. All pneumatic valves are exhausted to a duct for connection to a house vacuum to avoid particle emissions into the cleanroom.
The S-920N-C features technologically advanced and integrated software and hardware control that reduces process variation, increases yield, and reduces cost. Calibrated Process Jetting (CpJ(TM) ) automatically maintains volumetric repeatability during long production runs, while Controlled Process Heat (CpH(TM) ) adds recipecontrolled heat management for improved thermal efficiency with faster temperature ramp.
A digital vision system with dualcolor, adjustable onaxis lighting offers fast and reliable image acquisition for increased throughput. Adding the Fidsonthe-Fly(TM) option accelerates fiducial capture, and laser height sensing further reduces time spent on nondispense routines.
The scalable S-920N-C can be configured with single or dual lanes and up to six heat stations with the dual lane configuration. Its small footprint maximizes cleanroom floor space utilization and lowers cost of ownership. The platform is easily upgraded as needs change.
Visit the Nordson ASYMTEK engineers in the Premtek booth at SEMICON Taiwan, being held from September 8-10, 2010 at the Taipei World Trade Center, Taipei, Taiwan, for more information about the S-920N-C cleanroom dispensing system.
