- How can it be ensured that the correct test part has been correctly adapted?
- What needs to be considered when carrying out series of measurements to determine the measuring equipment capability index Cg?
- Are the measured values plausible and how do they relate to the test parameters?
- What are the possible causes of negative measured values?
- How can the measuring unit be changed to "ml/min"?
- Checking the test stand at the operating point by automatically connecting a calibration standard
- Causes of negative measured values
- Conversion of the measuring unit from "Pa" to "ml/min"
- Checking methods of adaptation (continuous measuring line, connection of the correct test part)
- Plausibility check (measured values and test parameters)
- Measuring equipment capability and determination of the Cg value during commissioning and acceptance (stabilisation time and material of the measuring line, measures to improve the Cg value)
- Applications using the cycle valve (external ventilation, measuring point switchover)
