Manufacturing test of automotive ECUs with maximum efficiency

Manufacturing test of automotive ECUs with maximum efficiency

Automotive E/E suppliers are facing huge economic challenges in a very competitive global market that does not leave any room for unexploited potentials in manufacturing testing. Constantly reduced product development times in combination with the need to test safety critical functions call for powerful, reliable and standardized test equipment which can be integrated into repurposed test systems to serve a multitude of applications.
With this webinar, tier1 and OEMs engineers working in manufacturing test of electronic components can learn how to test complex ECUs with high-speed digital interfaces (e.g. automotive Ethernet) and conventional communications (e.g. CAN, CAN-FD, LIN). They will get insights into In-Circuit, Boundary Scan and Functional Testing of analog and digital components on a production line.
A Q&A session concludes the webinar.

In this webinar, you can:
  • Get an insight into technical and market trends in automotive E/E manufacturing testing
  • Learn more about different test methods ICT, BS / JTAG, FCT
  • Get an overview of Rohde & Schwarz solutions (non-signaling and RF)
  • See system platform capabilities demonstrated on a real device
