This latest generation of mercury-free hearing aid batteries is manufactured in the newest and world's largest hearing aid battery factory located in Ellwangen (Germany). VARTA Microbattery will produce the new power one hearing aid batteries within the factory's high-level production environment. Besides using first-class processed raw materials, power one hearing aid batteries are produced with a unique ESP coating. A further production achievement is the certification of VARTA Microbattery's energy management system to the ISO 50001standard. This ISO standard focuses and evaluates the energy consumption and energy policy of a company during the production process.
