MEDIA BROADCAST and TEVEO present “connected TV” services at the IBC in Amsterdam
The showcase will be displayed at the Media Broadcast booth 1.B79. (http://www.ibc.org) This is where interested guests can watch a live demonstration of the TV portal.
Andreas Karanas, CEO of TEVEO interactive GmbH says: "Media Broadcast is able to look back on a long history in the media and broadcasting industry and has since this time been an important driving force with regard to technological innovations on this market. As this showcase demonstrates, content providers that would like to make use of TV-ID can, in future, extend their range to all HbbTV compliant CE-devices."
Henrik Rinnert, Head of the business unit TV at Media Broadcast comments: "Through the rapid expansion of HbbTV-compliant devices, a new and highly interesting distribution channel is developing for broadcasters and content providers, whereby "paid content" is playing an increasingly important role."
With TV-ID, TEVEO has revolutionised the way in which television viewers can be directly addressed. TEVEO's central identification and payment service TV-ID, allows for television compliant billing of paid content, across different platforms and provider independent. In so doing it takes account of the growing diversity of internet-capable TV devices. For more information see: www.teveo.de/technologie/
