The SP3221E is an RS-232 transceiver for low power serial applications. The AUTO ON-LINE® feature allows the device to enter a low power (less than 1µa) shutdown state when the data cable is removed or if there is no activity on the bus. The transceiver automatically wakes up when the cable is connected or the remote device sends data.
Features
- AUTO ON-LINE® circuitry automatically wakes up from a 1µA typical shutdown
