The Minister President of Schleswig-Holstein officially inaugurated the new technology center of REpower Systems AG (WKN 617703) today in Osterrönfeld in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district.
Minister President Carstensen and the REpower Executive Board cut the red ribbon and symbolically opened the building. The opening ceremony was attended by more than 100 guests of honor. Around 470 employees, primarily from Research and Development, Technical Support and Service, are accommodated at the new research and technology complex.
Previously, these departments were located at sites in Rendsburg, Büdelsdorf and Husum.
