There is currently a strong trend for clear surfaces and puristic design for the decoration of furniture. With the new polymer surfaces RAUVISIO crystal and RAUVISIO brilliant REHAU opens a new dimension in the design of furniture and living spaces. The glass laminate RAUVISIO crystal stands out primarily with a high quality appearance, ease of cleaning, impact resistance as well as its light weight. As an edgeband specialist, with the laser-ready RAUKANTEX visions Duo-Design edgeband REHAU creates the perfect jointless glass design. RAUVISIO brilliant stands for high gloss laminate with an excellent depth effect. In combination with the jointless laser edging the appearance of total seamless integration is created. The laser bonding of edgebands, which started as an innovation topic with well-known kitchen manufacturers, has revolutionised almost every sector in the furniture and furniture supplier industry over the past few years - and is continuing to do so. RAUKANTEX laser edge is a pure polymer solution, which completely does away with adhesive in edgeband processing and creates a permanent, visually and functionally invisible joint. The radius processing in the high gloss area has now been developed further and new standards made ready for series production in conjunction with network partners. Previously a matt finish on the milling radius was the result of post-processing, which inevitably led to a "frame effect" on the finished part, but now thanks to the new production process, it is possible to create visual unity between the surface and edgeband. As the combination of the optimum edgeband materials in a quality that can be polished, the laser processing, duo scraper and polishing unit creates the perfect gloss effect across the whole furniture front.
