As of March 2015, additional bundled yearly products will be made available on PRISMA by GRTgaz, Gasunie Transport Services (GTS), Fluxys Belgium, Fluxys TENP, GASCADE Gastransport, Gastransport Nord (GTG Nord), Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH (GUD), Open Grid Europe (OGE) and Thyssengas. Through this product extension the TSOs involved enable a smooth transition towards the new allocation rules and standard products applicable from 1 November 2015, as set out in Commission Regulation (EU) No 984/2013.
New yearly bundled products as of 2 March 2015
- Between Fluxys Belgium and GRTgaz, in both directions: from PEG North to ZTP and ZTP-L to PEG North L
- Between Fluxys Belgium and GTS, in both directions: from TTF to ZTP/ ZTP-L and from ZTP/ ZTP-L to TTF
- Between Fluxys Belgium and the connected German TSOs:
The entire set of additional products will be offered according to the CAM Network Code. For the yearly products the TSOs will upload the maximum available capacity taking into account the applicable national quota for short-term bookings. The simultaneously available capacity at both sides of the border will be bundled on PRISMA, possibly making use of competing auctions.
Where and when relevant, the German, Dutch and French TSOs will auction the remaining part as unbundled standard products, while Fluxys Belgium will continue to offer and allocate its unbundled capacity as requested through its Electronic Booking System.
