SiTime has used its Silicon MEMS technology and programmable analog expertise to deliver the best price-performance timing solutions that are available today. The new revolutionary "Encore" silicon MEMS timing platform offers in addition to excellent frequency stability of ±0.5 PPM a 650 femtoseconds of integrated RMS random phase jitter, measured over 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Applying the FibreChannel 8.5 Gbps jitter mask (in accordance with ANSII FC-PI-4), the integrated RMS random phase jitter is 200 femtoseconds. Furthermore, the MEMS-based VCXOs provide the widest pull range of up to ±1600 PPM.
