Stefanie Kahle-Galonske will be proposed to the next ordinary Shareholders' Meeting by the Board of Directors to be elected as a Board member of Micronas. Mrs. Kahle-Galonske, a German citizen who lives in Switzerland, has been Vice President & CFO of Markem Imaje (Dover Corporation), Geneva, a global business unit involved in industrial automation, since March 2013. Between 1997 and 2012 she held various management positions at the semiconductor companies NXP Semiconductors, Philips Semiconductors and Royal Philips Electronics, most recently working as Vice President & Business Unit Controller at NXP's High Performance Mixed Signal Business Unit. "We are very pleased that with Stefanie Kahle-Galonske we have found an extremely well qualified candidate for Board membership. With her many years of experience in the semiconductor industry and her international contacts, she will be a valuable addition to the Board," says Heinrich W. Kreutzer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Micronas.
Owing to work commitments, Dr. Stefan Wolf, a member of the Micronas Board of Directors since November 27, 2009, has decided not to make himself available for re-election at the next ordinary Shareholders' Meeting. The Board of Directors and Management would like to thank Dr. Wolf for his services and wish him all the best for the future.
