LambdaNet Communications Deutschland AG raises synergies within 3U Group: Change of leadership in the Operations department

(PresseBox) (Hannover, 13.08.2010) On October 1, 2010 Philipp Gross will take over the position of COO of LambdaNet Communications Deutschland AG. Philipp Gross (47) started his career within the 3U Group 10 years ago as Head of Networks at 3U Telekommunikation AG. Since 2006 he has been Head of Engineering at 3U TELECOM GmbH and currently is Managing Director of 3U TELECOM GmbH and 3U MOBILE GmbH.

Effective October 2010 Philipp Gross will take over the position of COO of LambdaNet, a subsidiary of 3U HOLDING AG. With that 3U Group continues thoroughly to raise synergies - a process that was started in 2009 and which has been implemented successfully. The previous close and efficient collaboration in the areas of Network Technologies and Infrastructure within the Group as well as the bundling of knowhow and experience now becomes apparent through this change in management. Fellow Board members Christoph Hellrung (CFO) and Uwe Knoke (CMO) are looking forward to a successful collaboration.

After the successfully achieved restructuring of LambdaNet, Sebastian Krems decided to leave the company effective September 30, 2010 at his own request to pursue new opportunities.
