Mobile online banking: e-Services by COMIT supports the security solution mIDentity by KOBIL

Swisscom subsidiary COMIT agrees to partnership with KOBIL Systems

(PresseBox) (Zurich / Worms, 04.11.2008) On the Finance Forum (4-5 November 2008, Zurich, CH) http://www.finance-forum.com/ KOBIL will introduce the new mobile security solution for online banking. In the context of a partnership between COMIT and KOBIL COMIT integrates their e-banking application with the security solution mIDentity from KOBIL with support of ERGON. With this non-install security solution COMIT offers a complete banking solution with one advantage - all from one source.

With mIDentity COMIT now has a platform independent non-install solution to his e-banking-application in store for his end customers which offers more comfort and security with smart card technology.

mIDentity includes a hardened browser and offers security certificates for authentication and transaction signature. mIDentity guarantees security against phishing and Trojans and is resistant against “man-in-the-browser” attacks.

The e-banking-application e-Services is available for the Avalog banking system. And offers next to standard e-banking-functions such as stock exchange trading, monetary transactions, finance market, foreign currency market etc extensive monitoring possibilities as well as functionalities specified to external fund managers.
