Over the past 27 years, Williams has been active as sales and business development manager in many fields, encompassing the technology, financial and content management industries. During his 7-year tenure at the analyst firm Gartner, Inc., he successfully developed market strategies around content, portal and collaborative initiatives, aiming at driving interest in solution based technologies. Most recently he has been responsible for managing and developing a CMS partner support framework at Rackspace Hosting, Inc. At eZ Systems, he will be working closely with Gabriele Viebach and her team in order to further establish the company on the fast growing North and Central American markets. While the most recent release 4.7 "Etna" of eZ Publish added new levels of extensibility, adaptability and accessibility to the successful CMS software, the upcoming (November 12th 2012) release 5 will feature a complete refactoring of eZ Publish. Through an enhanced multichannel delivery and interoperability with existing infrastructure, each version of eZ Publish is fully compatible with a variety of digital business models. The integrated eZ Market offers a wide array of certified extensions for eZ's CMS platform while the Cloud Edition of eZ Publish allows businesses to experience the same standards of the on-premise edition without having to establish a complex runtime environment themselves.
