Preview for Digitaltest GmbH and Romex B.V. for the Electronics Automation Exhibition in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Hall 8, Booth D044, May 25th to 27th
Cost-conscious hardware and software solutions in the ramp light
Digitaltest GmbH will exhibit with new partner Romex B.V. at the Electronics Automation show in Utrecht in May the following production and test solutions:
MTS300 Sigma In-Circuit Tester
Digitaltest's Sigma 'combinational' test system is already among the most versatile and advanced board testers on the market with comprehensive shorts/opens, analogue, power-up, serial bus (I2C CAN etc..), and 'vectorless' testing options. DSP based analogue measurements allow shorts test of 1000 points per second.
Digitaltest is also helping many customers to save money as they move from legacy test equipment to Sigma by keeping their existing fixtures. Results include faster test times, better test coverage and more test capabilities. The MTS300 Sigma from Digitaltest is designed to meet the demands of today's test systems with our CITE software.
We are also showing in a production line environment:
Falcon In-Line Test System
The fully automated Falcon In-Line test system brings speed, high throughput and flexibility to in-line test for high volume manufacture. With its slim-line dimensions and SMEMA standard interface Falcon is compatible with most production lines while its high speed fixture changing capabilities make it ideal for high mix production environments.
The Falcon test system offers standard MDA functions such as tests for incorrect, missing or mis-oriented components, and opens and shorts, while a full range of In-Circuit test capabilities provide comprehensive test coverage.
The system also comes with five functional test modules: Memory Programming and Flash, Timer Counter, Source and Measurement, Relay Module and Open Collector, making this system as versatile as it is fast. The system can be equipped with up to 512 (1024 XL version) analog or 256 (512 XL version) hybrid pins. Program development, program debugging and fault localization software packages come as standard with the Falcon, and an easy to use graphical interface ensures easy interpretation of test results. All of this is packed into a compact footprint and a system that makes high volume and high-mix in-line test eminently affordable.
About Romex B.V.
In its more then 40 year history Romex B.V., with its Headquarter in Rhenen, The Netherlands, has become a very experienced partner for all their customers in the fields of ESD, Clean room, labelling, soldering tools and machines and products for PCB Assembly. In February 2011 Romex B.V. took over the Test & Measurement activities from Eurolectron B.V. who added over 45 years of experience in the field of Test and Measurement.
Our engineers have a lot of experience and know-how in the field of PCB, assembly, test, repair and ESD protection and will be able to help clients with every aspect in these fields of expertise.
Over the last years we have set-up a specialized department that can help to design, develop and build a complete turnkey solutions for ICT and functional test systems. With the help of our partners we can develop the test program and supply the test fixture for In-Circuit test and deliver additional modules needed to completely build a functional or combinational test platform. www. romex.nl
